Prior to your Appointment.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            Please arrive fresh and clean with no make-up (facial area),                                                                                                                                                                                        For body and pre surgery work arrive showered with loose comfortable clothing.                                                                                                                                                  For facial work you may wish to bring an eye mask to block out the light from the magnifying lamp used during your treatment.                                                            Feel free to bring head phones / ear pods to listen to music, pod casts etc.

Arriving for your appointment / what to bring with you.                                                                                                                                                                                        Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment.                                                                                                                                                                                     Stay in your car and call / message to say you have arrived.                                                                                                                                                                                    As soon as the previous client has left, I will respond to let you know you can come through to the studio.

Only bring essentials such as a payment card and phone if necessary and a small bag and some water.

Keep jewellery to a minimum.

This is a smoking and vaping-free premises.

Any items of value left in your vehicle are done so at your own risk.

You leave your vehicle at your own risk.

Entering the salon                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           

You will see a cobbled path from the front garden gate that forks off into the back garden.

Follow that path and take the fork.                                                                                                                                                                                                                             

Walk through the black metal gate and wooden gate into the back garden.                                                                                                     

Follow the path to the Studio where I will greet you. Please close both gates behind you.

Only the Client is allowed onto the premises unless a chaperone is required. I cannot accept children onto the premises unless they are the client.

If the client is under 18 Yrs or age they will need to be accompanied by a parent or Guardian.

Consultations                                                                                                                                                                                    

Bring a list of medication you are currently using and/or that are on your prescription list.

Please grow a small patch of hair on the right side of your chin / right side of upper lip/ body area to be treated as part of your patch test

The hairs need to be approx. 3 mm long so I can grip them comfortably with a pair of tweezers.

If you don’t have hairs that are a suitable length, the patch test will be rescheduled at a cost of £30.00.

The patch test is not a treatment and involves removing a few hairs only, so that the client can experience the process and I can gauge skin reactions, equipment settings etc, which are essential to creating your own personal treatment plan.

The consultation including the patch test is essential regardless of whether you have received treatment elsewhere. It is a legal requirement for insurance purposes.

I reserve the right to cut short or cancel any bookings that have been made.

You will be charged for the full amount of that treatment and if deemed necessary, may not be offered any further treatment.
